Tantalum
solid-electrolytic capacitors (series K53)

MESON FACTORY makes the following types of tantalum solid-electrolytic
capacitors (series K53). They have:
- rated
capacitances - 0.01 to 1500 µF;
- rated
voltages -
1.6 to 50 V;
- small
and stable leakage currents;
-
improved temperature-frequency characteristics of capacitance
and dissipation factor.
This
series consists of:
- high
frequency chip-capacitors for surface assembling (types:
K53-22, K53-25);
-
tubular axial leaded capacitors in metal case (types: K53-18, K53-20 and K53-29);
-
compound-coated capacitors with one-directed leads (types:
K53-16, K53-30 and K53-34).
